by using baston.dev you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

baston.dev is a free, personal website run by one person, baston. any part of it may change, pause or go away at any time, without notice. some areas are private and protected by a password; getting in without permission is not allowed.

you must be at least 13 to use the site. if you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission. content marked 18+ is for adults only.

• –break any law that applies to you or to us.
• –post or share anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• –post or share child sexual abuse material. there is zero tolerance: it is removed and reported to the authorities, including the NCMEC in the us and the police in brazil.
• –share someone's intimate images without consent, their personal data (doxxing), threats, harassment, hate or spam.
• –spread malware, phishing or scams.
• –attack, overload or probe the site, scrape it at abusive rates, or get around its captchas, passwords or limits.
• –use any download tool to take content you have no right to download.

we may remove content, close rooms and block access, including by ip address, whenever we believe these terms are broken.

you are responsible for what you post: pastes, nicknames and anything you show in a screenshare room. you keep all your rights to it. you give us only the permission we need to store and show it for as long as the feature keeps it. we don't check content before it goes up, but we may remove anything at any time.

the videos, images, texts and design of this site belong to baston or to their respective owners. you may view them and download what is offered for your own personal use. don't republish or sell them without permission. if you think something here is yours, see copyright & dmca.

links and content from other sites are their owners' responsibility. we don't endorse them and aren't responsible for them.

the site is offered for free, as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. we don't promise it will always be online, fast or free of errors, or that anything you post will be kept.

as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits coming from your use of the site. nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn't let anyone take away, such as those under brazil's consumer code (CDC) or EU consumer law.

these terms are governed by the laws of brazil, including the marco civil da internet (lei 12.965/2014). if you live in the european union or another place whose laws give you mandatory protections or the right to go to your local courts, you keep them.

we may update these terms. the date at the top shows the last change; using the site after a change means you accept it.
