Does the XP bot force same lobby as every account for example by matchid?

Is it safe to 24/7 farm accounts to high service medals (pink/red) and for high ammount of case farming?

And my last question: is their an tutorial on how to open multiple instaces of steam/cs2 to even play with multiple accounts on same machine for the XP bot or perhaps does the bot open multiple instances itself.
Because to my knowlegde both sandboxie and Avast sandbox are patched.
