Can this PC run?

I have the following specs:
R5 2600,
16GB ddr4 @3000mhz
RX 570 4GB
m.2 kingston ssd
I am running win 10, and I was wondering if the XP farm will work with the above specs. I remember having issue opening 10 accounts or loading map on 10 accounts on this PC during vertigo boosting. I had to buy additional 16GB. I will be running my main account on laptop and bot accounts on the above PC. Also will it work on VPS? What VPS would you suggest if you have tested or have been using any?

So the main question is, will it be able to run 15 accounts at the same time?

I guess you only have to upgrade your rams to 32 and it will work fine. I'm using same specs for boosting, idk if gpu matters that much...

32 gb ram
1650 4gb.
